Product Technology Summary

The clean bench provides a dust-free local environment. It is simple, efficient and widely used in electronics, national-defense instruments, pharmaceuticals, tissue-culture, laboratories and other industrial or scientific research departments.

Working Principle (Horizontal VS Series)
Indoor air passes through a pre-filter, is pressurized by a low-noise fan into a plenum chamber, then flows uniformly through a HEPA filter, forming a laminar airflow that sweeps away dust and maintains a Class 100 (ISO 5) environment. The unit adopts an energy-saving top-mounted variable-air-volume system coupled with high-performance, long-life HEPA filters (≥ 99.995 % efficiency for ≥ 0.5 µm particles, sodium-flame method), meeting U.S. Federal Standard 209E.

Structure
Composed of pre-filter, fan, plenum chamber, and HEPA filter. Cabinet is formed by bending, assembling and welding steel plates, followed by anti-rust treatment and powder coating. Electrical control system is housed in the lower cabinet.

Safety Measures
Designed in strict accordance with international electrical-safety standards. UV and LED lamps are controlled separately. UV disinfection must be activated only when personnel are absent to avoid skin burns.
